The Carbon-Ti X-SingleCarbon BCD 107 (4 arms) are the latest evolution of super light chainrings for road racing, gravel or cross bikes with a composite structure in aluminum alloy and carbon fiber. They are the result of a long process that had the aim of creating a product very different from those currently available on the market. These are single chainrings with 107 mm 4-arm (BCD), compatible with Sram Force and Rival AXS 12v cranks and powermeters. They are produced with 38T-40T-42T-44T-46T teeth.

The X-SingleCarbon chainrings are made by coupling a functional part in aluminum (where the teeth are) to a structural part in carbon fiber using specific grade 5 titanium pins.

The aluminum part is machined from solid through sophisticated numerical control machining starting from a plate of aeronautical alloy (7075T6). This very hard material guarantees a much longer duration over time than a normal aluminum chainring and helps to limit one of the typical problems of single-chainring systems, the premature wear.

The carbon fiber part acts as a structural support helping to increase stiffness and reduce weight at the same time. It starts from a high quality carbon fiber plate with a thickness of 5 mm which is initially cut with waterjet technology and then milled with CNC numerical control.

The aluminum part has a black anodized finish, while the carbon fiber part has a glossy 3k twilll aesthetic finish. On the 38T-40T chainrings the Carbon-Ti inscriptions are engraved by CNC milling, while on the 42T-44T-46T chainrings they are obtained by waterjet cutting.

The X-SingleCarbon chainrings are equipped with special teeth synchronized with the internal imprint of the chain links that allows them to function even without any chain guide (especially if combined with the use of rear derailleurs equipped with a specific clutch).

The special millings are present both on the external and internal side of the chainring and by alternating wide tooth with narrow tooth they are phased correctly on the chain links allowing perfect retention of the same. Not only the width of the tooth is important, but also its inclination and exit angle and Carbon-Ti in designing the X-SingleCarbon chainrings left nothing to chance.

The profile of the teeth is in fact beveled in such a way as to facilitate use with the outermost gears or the first and last of the cassette gear which are notoriously the most critical but often also the most used. The refined and optimized design allows a very low friction of use and consequent silence with optimal operation even in the most severe conditions of intense mud.

The fixing standard is BCD 107 mm with 4 arms, therefore dedicated to Sram Force and Rival AXS 12s cranks and powermeters. As for compatibility with the various types of drivetrain, it is ensured with all Sram Road AXS 12s, Shimano 12s and all previous Sram and Shimano 11s groupsets.

The X-SingleCarbon chainrings, require male and female chainring bolts to be fixed to the spider of the Sram AXS 12s cranks. They must be of standard length (we recommend the use of the specific Carbon-Ti X-Fix Road chainring bolts kit, also made of 7075T6 CNC aluminum in various anodized colors and which you can always find in our webshop).

With weights starting from 56 grams (38T), thanks to the construction technology, the precious materials used and the design with attention to the smallest details, the X-SingleCarbon chainrings are much lighter than the original Sram chainrings and are also aesthetically much more appealing with a racing look and elegant at the same time that gives a touch of exclusivity to your bicycle.

The original packaging, in addition to the chainring, also includes the instruction manual in two languages (Italian and English) all in an elegant protective rigid cardboard box.

X-SingleCarbon chainrings, like all Carbon-Ti products, are proudly 100% Made in Italy! Their demand is always very high and the production capacity is difficult to satisfy the demand, so before completing a possible order, we always recommend contacting us to obtain information regarding availability and delivery times.
